The fourth painting in the “Light is Up, Turn it Up” series. I created a since of weight at the top of this painting. Using for shadow and setting suns in the top fourth of the painting, I wanted the viewer to feel the brief weightlessness of the diver and the ebb and flow of the water beneath. Can you feel that moment of weightlessness before the submerging calm?
