The first painting in the “Light is Low, Turn it Up” series. I painted these using a warm pallet. Primarily focusing on light and reflective light. The striker is smashing the football creating an eclipse over the suns setting in the background. All of this happening in a blink. Notice the grace and momentum of the player. Can you feel the movement?
